BY BECOMING A REGISTERED USER AND ACCESSING THE OneHotPage CONTROL PANEL, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE OneHotPage CONTROL PANEL OR USE THE OneHotPage SERVICE.

Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse the service to web sites that, in our sole discretion, are unacceptable, undesirable, or in violation of this Agreement. For example:

• sites associated with attempts to subvert the Internet system such as 'denial of service' attacks and 'phishing' sites
• attempts to use the Internet system for a purpose for which it is not intended
• sites containing pornographic or gratuitously violent or offensively blasphemous or defamatory material
• sites that by association would damage our business reputation

We reserve the right to disconnect accounts without warning if (in our sole discretion) the abuse is serious and deliberate.

Termination

The user is free to terminate this agreement at any time without notice by emailing this intention to us. We will then close the account. From time to time we may contact the registered user of the account by email. We may ask that they access the Control Panel to confirm their intention to continue the service. If there is no response, we will issue a final reminder. If there is still no response we reserve the right to close the account. We will always attempt to contact the registered user of the account by email first, but if this fails and we receive no response, the account will be closed.

Limitation Of Liability

OneHotPage makes no representations as to the suitability of any of the information contained in software programs, documents and related graphics on the OneHotPage Site for any purpose. All such software programs, documents and related graphics are provided without warranty of any kind. In no event shall OneHotPage be liable for any damages whatsoever, including special, indirect or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of information available from the service.

Recourse

If you are dissatisfied with the OneHotPage Site or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices of OneHotPage in operating the OneHotPage Site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the OneHotPage Site.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold OneHotPage and its affiliate and related companies harmless from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, related to any Violation of this Agreement by you or users of your account, or in connection with the use of the OneHotPage Site or the Internet or the placement or transmission of any message, information, software or other materials on the OneHotPage Site or on the Internet by you or users of your account.

Security

You are responsible for all use of your accounts and the confidentiality of your password. Should you feel that your password has become compromised you should contact us immediately. We will suspend the account or change access permission upon notification that your password has been stolen, lost, or otherwise possibly compromised.
